of I-I Verwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG, Max-Weber-Platz 1, 81675 München (the “Provider”) for the initiation and brokerage of construction, financing and service offerings.
§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to all enquiries, consultations and contracts between the Provider and its customers. Deviating terms of the customer become effective only if the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing.
§ 2 Subject of services
The Provider renders or coordinates services around turnkey construction, in particular planning, financing initiation, demolition, fit-out and accompanying service. The specific scope, dates and prices arise solely from the individual offer or contract. Depictions, configurator results, amounts, construction times and promotions on the website are non-binding and exemplary.
§ 3 Offer and conclusion of contract
Information on the website does not constitute a binding offer but a non-binding invitation to make contact. A contract is concluded only by a contract document signed by both parties or an express order confirmation.
§ 4 Prices and financing
Stated rates and conditions (e.g. “from 0.1%”, “from €799/month”) are exemplary depictions and not a binding financing offer. They are subject to creditworthiness, eligibility for subsidies, bank, property and availability checks. Only the respective bank or contract offer is authoritative.
§ 5 Promotions
Advertised promotions (e.g. “up to” demolition voucher, vehicle promotion, family holiday) are voluntary advertising campaigns, apply only within the stated scope and while stocks last. There is no legal entitlement and no cash payout; they cannot be combined with other promotions.
§ 6 Customer cooperation
The customer provides the information and documents required for the provision of services completely and correctly.
§ 7 Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body and health. Otherwise, for slight negligence it is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
§ 8 Funding calculator
The separate Funding Calculator Terms additionally apply to the calculator and its Förder-Check; its results are non-binding estimates and create no entitlement to funding.
§ 9 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
