1. ABOUT I.I
I.I is a cloud-based AI-powered platform provider headquartered in München, Germany. We provide the SYSTEM.HAUS platform, a cloud-based AI-powered platform for enterprise automation and intelligent workflows.
We employ a dedicated team of professionals globally.
2. OUR POLICIES
I.I is committed to the highest ethical standards and to acting with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking.
The following policies are relevant to this statement:
- Code of Conduct: Our Code of Conduct sets out our commitment to ethical business practices, including prohibitions on forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking.
- Supplier Code of Conduct: Our Supplier Code of Conduct requires suppliers to comply with all applicable labor laws and to prohibit modern slavery in their operations and supply chains.
- Whistleblowing Policy: Our Whistleblowing Policy provides a confidential mechanism for employees and third parties to report concerns, including those related to modern slavery.
- Recruitment and Employment Practices: We conduct right-to-work checks and ensure fair recruitment practices for all employees.
3. OUR SUPPLY CHAINS
I.I considers itself to be at low risk of modern slavery or human trafficking within its own operations. As a technology company, our supply chains primarily consist of:
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers
- Software tools and technology vendors
- Professional services providers (e.g., legal, accounting, consulting)
- Office supplies and facilities management
We make limited use of services demanding unskilled labor, and the products and services we consume are sourced from reputable suppliers in jurisdictions with strong labor protections.
4. DUE DILIGENCE AND RISK ASSESSMENT
I.I undertakes the following due diligence measures:
- Supplier Assessment: We evaluate key suppliers for compliance with applicable labor laws and modern slavery legislation as part of our vendor onboarding and review processes.
- Contractual Obligations: Our supplier contracts include requirements to comply with all applicable laws, including those related to modern slavery and human trafficking.
- Risk Assessment: We assess the risk of modern slavery in our supply chains based on factors including geography, sector, and labor practices.
5. TRAINING AND AWARENESS
I.I provides training and guidance to relevant staff to ensure awareness of modern slavery risks and the steps they can take to identify and report concerns.
